This site has a two-fold reason for its existence. First and foremost, it is to locate other individuals and/or companies that have been defrauded by Cheri Fleury. We are attempting to aid the Newport Beach Police Department in building a case to present to a felony deputy in the DA’s office to have Cheri Fleury prosecuted. Secondly, it is to inform the general public as to what kind of person Cheri Fleury is and to save as many as we can from the aggravation and harassment that the following individuals have had to endure…………..

Cheri Fleury has claimed for many years that she owns a janitorial services company. She does not according to her own declaration under oath in a Judgment Debtor’s Statement of Assets.

Cheri Fleury stated under oath that her net worth is approximately $4,000 (see Judgment Debtor’s Statement of Assets link).

Her assets include a checking account with zero balance that was frozen by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office on 8/13/08. She is driving a 2001 Chevrolet Tahoe SUV that she still owes $2,917.80 on. AmeriCredit Financial Services, Inc. is the legal owner. Since her account is past due, AmeriCredit turned it over to a collection agency.

We have talked to multiple victims of Cheri Fleury and will add to the site as stories come in and are they coming in!
